Purpose
What is Island Party?
Island Party is an all day event hosted by Beta Upsilon Chi, locally in College Station, Texas. Put on during the spring semester, Island Party consists of a free concert of several live bands, several speakers, and festivities throughout the day. From this event, our fraternity has the opportunity to serve our local community and the Aggie family by putting on an entire day of fun and fellowship.
The Purpose of Island Party
Island Party is an evangelical outreach to the Bryan-College Station area. The goal of Island Party is to share God's love with everyone and spread the Gospel. It is an energetic and safe environment for everyone to come out and have a great time to fellowship with others.

Philanthropy
This year Island Party is supporting Free the Captives, a non-profit and volunteer-run human trafficking awareness and outreach organization
based in Houston, Texas. Free the Captives partners with local agencies, law enforcement, etc. to engage and mobilize the Christian community
in the fight against modern day slavery. Their main objectives are educating the community, preventing and intervening in the trafficking
of at-risk teens, pursuing legal remedies to stop trafficking, and reducing the demand in the Houston area.
